Important:  Transmitting your credit card information through this application form on-line is not a secure method of sending information through the Web.  It is in the form of an email message, and though there is little chance of anyone intercepting the information, the possibility (though remote) exists.  If you have any trepidation about doing this, you should leave the credit card info off the form, submit it, and then call the MAPA office with that info.  Tell them you've sent an on-line form to register for the Tucson-Where the Old West Meets the New Mooney Convention and you are choosing to telephone your credit card info.  They'll match the form to the credit card info.  MAPA office telephone number:  (210) 525-8008.
Shipping charge for all orders is only $7.50, which includes all packaging and handling within the U.S. Your order will be shipped UPS ground the same day of receipt. Orders outside the U.S. will be shipped with MasterCard/Visa/Discover only. Actual shipping charges will be charged to your credit card. Sales tax on all orders shipped within the State of Texas is 7.875%.
